Winstone 10. Winstone Dream Park under development in United City

The 20 katha, 58-apartment condominium at Sector #1, United City is proposed as B+G+M+15, with 60% of the site given to green area. Expected handover is December 2028.

Winstone 7. Kanan Hill progressing at Sector 16, Uttara

Seven single-unit 1,650 SFT apartments on a 3 katha park-facing plot, designed with brise soleil shading and patio-driven natural airflow. Expected handover is December 2026.

Silver Sun Eco Resort brings Winstone to the Kuakata coastline

A 172 Shotok (শতক) eco-tourism development near Marine Drive Road combining a multistoried tower, 10 private cottages, a man-made lake and resort facilities under a share-based ownership structure.

Winstone Properties Ltd. founded
The company is established and begins residential development and joint-venture landowner agreements, concentrated in Uttara, Dhaka.
2019 – 2022
Expansion into premium development
Winstone moves into larger and premium developments across Uttara Phase 3 Sectors 16 and 17 and United City / Madani Avenue, including Winstone 10. Winstone Dream Park.
2023 – Present
Eco-tourism and hospitality
Diversification into eco-tourism and hospitality with Silver Sun Eco Resort, Kuakata, alongside share-based ownership concepts.
